It is our pleasure to offer to you this letter of reference and recommendation of Steve Heydel for any and all real estate needs that you may have.

Early in 2006, we were considering a move from Mt. Juliet to the Lebanon area.  We found a house that we thought might be a good fit and called the listing agent, Steve, to inquire.  Turned out that that house was no longer available…  In the process, however, Steve ended up showing us some other houses and our relationship grew from there.  Before we were done, Steve showed us a bunch of houses and we finally found the right one.

Steve also had the task of selling our old house.  Again, he was right there with all of the necessary marketing to get people to come and see.  Working in a market full of new construction and gimmick buyer programs was a challenge on the selling end, but Steve’s persistence paid off well in the end.  When it was all over, we sold one home and bought another all in the same day!
